Participation rules
A short document covering the practical side of taking part. Our aim is for every meetup to be safe, focused and worth the time it takes.
1. Who can take part
Meetups are open to adults: business owners, freelancers, creators, managers and people working on their own idea. You do not need to run a company or have a technical background.
2. Registration and confirmation
- Participation requires prior registration through the form on this site or by e-mail.
- Registering does not by itself reserve a seat — we send a confirmation by e-mail.
- The number of seats is limited by the venue. First come, first served.
- If you cannot attend, please tell us as early as possible so the seat can go to someone else.
3. Code of conduct
- We respect other people's time: we arrive on time and do not monopolise the discussion.
- No sales pitches and no recruitment into network-marketing structures.
- The participant list is never used for bulk mailing of offers.
- Information presented as confidential does not leave the room.
- Discriminatory behaviour, verbal aggression and harassment are not tolerated.
The organiser may ask a person breaking these rules to leave the meetup and may decline their registration for future events.
4. Photographs and recordings
We do not record conversations. If photographs documenting the event are taken, we announce it at the start and name the person responsible. Any participant may ask not to be photographed, or ask for a photo to be removed afterwards — a message to mastermind@bialystok.pl is enough.
5. Liability
Everything presented at the meetups is an exchange of experience. It is not legal, tax, investment or medical advice. You make your business decisions independently and at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for the consequences of applying solutions discussed by participants, nor for belongings left unattended at the venue.
6. Changes and cancellation
For reasons beyond the organiser's control the date or venue may change. We inform registered participants by e-mail as soon as possible.
7. Personal data
How we process data is described in the Privacy policy. In short: we collect the minimum, never sell it and delete it on first request.
