Cookies policy
The MasterMind Białystok website is built to work without tracking its visitors. We use no external fonts, maps, social plugins or advertising systems. Below is exactly what we store in your browser.
1. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small pieces of information a website stores in your browser. Browser local storage works in a similar way, except the data is not sent to the server with every request.

This is the only entry our site creates. It contains no user identifier and no personal data — only which categories you consented to, and when.
3. Consent categories
- Strictly necessary — required to display the page, handle the form and remember your choice. They cannot be switched off, because without them the site could not do what you asked it to. They are not used for profiling.
- Statistics — anonymous traffic data that helps us judge whether the site is clear. We currently use no analytics tool.
- Marketing — measuring the effectiveness of promoting the meetups. Currently inactive.
The statistics and marketing categories are prepared for the future. If we ever introduce such a tool, it will run only after you give consent, and the table above will be updated.
4. Rejecting consent
Rejecting optional cookies is exactly as easy as accepting them — both options sit side by side in the banner. Rejecting them does not limit your use of the site or your ability to register for a meetup.
5. What we do not do
- we do not load fonts from external servers (we use the fonts already on your device),
- we do not embed maps, videos or social-media plugins,
- we use no tracking pixels and no advertising identifiers,
- we do not profile visitors or build audience segments,
- we run no third-party scripts before consent is given.
6. Browser settings
Independently of our banner, you can manage the data websites store in your browser settings, usually under “Privacy and security”. Clearing site data will make the consent banner appear again.
7. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser). They serve only security and fault diagnosis. They are not cookies and do not require consent — the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest. More in the Privacy policy.
