A community for people who turn ideas into action
Good ideas start here — but what matters is what happens after the meetup.
MasterMind Białystok is just starting. We are building a place where founders, creators and people with ideas talk in specifics: about problems that are hard to solve alone, about tools that genuinely save time, and about people worth knowing.
There are no keynote speeches and nothing is sold during the meetup. Everyone should leave with three things: a few valuable contacts, a fresh perspective on their own challenge, and at least one idea they can act on within a week.
The initiative is independent and open. The number of seats is limited by the venue, so please register in advance.
Principles we care about
- Specifics over slogans. We talk numbers, deadlines and what did not work.
- No selling from the stage. A meetup is not a place to pitch an offer.
- Reciprocity. You come not only to take, but also to help someone else.
- Discretion. What is confidential stays in the room. We do not record conversations.
- Equal voices. Years in business do not decide who gets to speak.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to take part?
Information about any fee is always given before the meetup, in the registration confirmation. Registering itself is free and commits you to nothing.
Do I need to run a company?
No. Freelancers, creators, managers and people working on an idea are equally welcome. What matters is that you are building something and want to move it forward.
I know nothing about AI. Is this for me?
Yes. We approach tools from the problem side, not the technology side. You do not need to code — you need a task that takes too much of your time.
Is this a sales networking event?
No. There are no stage pitches and no mandatory “introduce your company and your prices” rounds. If cooperation grows out of a meetup, good — but that is not the goal.
How long does a meetup last?
We plan an evening format with a substantive part and open networking. Exact times are given in the invitation to each meetup.
I registered but cannot attend. What now?
Write to mastermind@bialystok.pl. Seats are limited, so a released seat goes straight to the next person.
Are meetups recorded?
We do not record conversations. If we take photographs documenting the event, we say so on site and you can ask not to be photographed.
How do I withdraw consent or delete my data?
One message to mastermind@bialystok.pl is enough. We delete the data without asking why. Details in the Privacy policy.
